We met Ms. Chefri during a viewing, and she was very professional and readily available from the initial valuation to the final signing. I recommend her wholeheartedly. She accurately valued the property at my asking price, without significantly reducing it, carefully selected potential buyers to minimize unnecessary viewings, and facilitated a quick preliminary sales agreement. Throughout the entire process, she made things much easier for me with numerous tasks (viewings, interviews with potential buyers, scanning renovation invoices, liaising with the notaries, etc.), all handled with meticulous attention to detail. She was, of course, present at every stage of the process, from viewings to closings. Finally, I would like to thank Ms. Chefri for her kindness and professionalism throughout our interactions.
